Shipping policy

We understand that many of our products are thoughtful gifts sent during difficult times. We take care to prepare every order and work hard to get it on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing & Handling

We process orders seven days a week, with a typical handling time of 0–24 hours (1 day). Our goal is to prepare and ship your order without unnecessary delays.

Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping options through USPS and UPS to accommodate your delivery needs, including:

• Ground Shipping: Economical ground delivery options through USPS and UPS.
• Standard Shipping: Additional shipping options for convenient, reliable delivery.
• Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options, including UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS Next Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air® Early, and USPS Priority Mail Express.

Available services, shipping rates, and estimated delivery dates depend on your order and destination and are displayed at checkout.

USPS Sunday Shipping

We process orders seven days a week; however, USPS does not offer regular Sunday package acceptance or transportation. Orders processed on Sundays will be handed off to USPS on the next available postal business day. UPS shipments are subject to carrier pickup schedules.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and are determined by the shipping method and destination. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, carrier delays and circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect arrival dates.
